About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our CAMHS team. As a key member of the Multidisciplinary Team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to children and young people.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Therapy Delivery
  • Delivering high-quality speech and language therapy interventions to individuals with complex communication needs.
  • Working collaboratively with families, carers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised treatment plans.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of neurodiversity, including Autism and Developmental Language Disorder, and be able to contribute to neurodiversity diagnostic assessments and write neuro-affirming reports. A high level of clinical expertise and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for this role.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive ongoing training and development opportunities, including regular supervision and support from experienced colleagues. Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include generous annual leave, flexible working options, and access to a range of training and development opportunities.
