Senior Nurse Position

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our care home and delivering exceptional care to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC pin and be a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with a strong background in clinical leadership. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring care standards, supporting the Manager in policy implementation, and acting as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
