Clinical Services Coordinator

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Clinical Services Coordinator to join our team at the NHS. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in coordinating clinical services and improving health outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating clinical services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have a recognised nursing qualification, current NMC registration, and experience working in primary care. They will also possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a full-time position, with a salary of approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate clinical services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in practice meetings, contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures

Person Specification:

  • Recognised nursing qualification (e.g., RGN, RN), current NMC registration
  • Experience working in primary care, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with TPP SystemOne computer system and read code usage
  • Knowledge of current primary care organisational policy and national legislation
