We are currently looking for a Residential Childcare Leadership Role to join our team in Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottingham. The salary for this position is £27,785.00 per annum, including attendance allowance and sleep-in duties.

This role involves supporting the management team with supervising support workers and ensuring the welfare of children and young people. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a residential childcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SUPPORTING THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH DIRECTING ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO SUPPORT WORKERS
  2. ENSURING THE MONITORING OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE'S BEHAVIOUR, SAFETY, AND WELL-BEING
  3. WORKING A SHIFT PATTERN INCLUDING SLEEP-IN DUTIES + OVERTIME
