Residential Care Lead

The role of Residential Care Lead at Exemplar Health Care is a unique opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader to join our team. As the lead for residential care, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans that cater to the individual needs of our residents. With a minimum of three years' management experience in a complex care setting, you will possess a thorough understanding of nursing care best practices, sector-specific legislation, and governance frameworks.
Your excellent leadership skills will enable you to motivate and develop your team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver exceptional care. Your ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines will also be crucial in maintaining a smooth-running care home. Furthermore, your clinical, business, digital, and operational skills will be essential in driving continuous improvement and shaping the future of our care home.
We offer a competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including paid NMC membership, access to the RCNi Learning platform, and 24/7 counselling and support.
