The Prime Life Residential Home is a state-of-the-art care facility providing top-notch support to individuals with physical disabilities and mental health conditions. We are seeking a highly skilled Night Senior Support Worker to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
About the Role:
As a Night Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading and managing the care team to deliver exceptional care to all residents. This involves ensuring that care plans are regularly reviewed and updated based on continuous assessment and implementation. Additionally, you will administer and record medication as prescribed, encourage each resident to achieve their highest possible quality of life, and assist with personal care tasks.
