About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Adult Care Assistant to join our team. As a care assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing incontinence, administering medication, supporting clients with mobility issues, offering companionship, and providing end-of-life care. What We Offer
In addition to a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, we offer a range of benefits, including paid travel time, expenses, pension scheme, early pay, ongoing training, refer-a-friend scheme, and discounted car maintenance. A valid UK driving licence and owned vehicle are required for this role.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a valid UK driving licence, an owned vehicle, and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating empathy and understanding when interacting with clients.
