Senior Youth Support Worker - Ruddington

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at a residential home in Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottingham. As part of the Management team, you will be responsible for directing roles and responsibilities to support workers, ensuring the monitoring of children and young people's behaviour, safety, and well-being.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker to take on a leadership role within our team, working closely with the management team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directing roles and responsibilities to support workers
  • Ensuring the monitoring of children and young people's behaviour, safety, and well-being
  • Working closely with the management team to maintain high standards of care
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence
