About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position at our client's Support Accommodation facility based in Kirby. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily support and guidance to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting residents with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and personal hygiene
  • Encouraging residents to participate in activities that promote socialisation and skill development
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident progress and reporting any concerns or issues to management
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and effective working environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Valid driving license and business insurance

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Youth Work or a related field
  • Experience working with young people in a residential setting

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £28,598 per annum, plus sleep ins (£60 each) and a potential extra £7,860 per year. You will also receive benefits such as annual leave, sick pay, and training opportunities.
