Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,696 - £37,856, based on an hourly rate of £17 - £18 and a 37.5-hour working week. This figure is inclusive of holiday pay, mileage allowance, and other benefits. However, please note that salaries may vary depending on individual circumstances and performance.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team in Kirkby Stephen. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to clients in their own homes. Your duties will include:
• Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
• Administering and documenting medication
• Documenting care activities through our app
• Reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams
• Providing companionship and building trusting relationships with clients
