About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Fellow in Women's Health to join our team at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in obstetrics and gynaecology, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level medical input into the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care of women in the hospital.
  • Manage acute gynaecological admissions and gynaecological emergencies.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with complex gynaecological conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies.
Requirements
  • Full registration with the GMC and a license to practice.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience at registrar level in the UK.
  • Strong background in obstetrics and gynaecology, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
