About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing and care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Associates, and Health Care Assistants to ensure the delivery of excellent care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Oversee the management of medication, including ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal.
  • Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to your unit, responsible for the oversight, review, and update of their care profiles.
  • Supervise and manage the clinical elements and risks associated with your unit, ensuring that all necessary protocols are in place.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager to drive quality and maintain high standards of care on your unit.

Requirements:

  • First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
  • Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A good standard of digital skills and a thorough understanding of best practice in nursing care.
