Dialysis Clinic Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Nurse to join our team as a Clinic Manager at our modern and well-established Dialysis Clinic in Burnley, Lancashire. As a Clinic Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent clinical outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, including those related to patient safety and data protection.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided by the clinic.
- Manage the clinic's budget and resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Supervise, train, and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- NMC registered with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- At least 5 years of experience in Haemodialysis, including at least 2 years at a senior level.
- Proven experience of managing and leading a team of nurses and practitioners.
- Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
