Dialysis Clinic Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Dialysis Clinic Manager to join our team at Appoint Group. As a key member of our renal care team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our dialysis clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support to patients.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff to optimize clinic performance and efficiency.
- NMC registration with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- At least 5 years of experience in haemodialysis, including 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
