Dialysis Clinic Operations Manager

Diaverum AB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Clinic Operations Manager to lead our renal care team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our dialysis clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in renal care management and leadership.
- A competitive salary up to £48,880 pa and comprehensive benefits package.
