Main Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and skilled manager to lead our Burnley Dialysis clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily operational and clinical management of the clinic, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes for our patients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to progress their career and take on a leadership role in a leading renal care provider. As a manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Full operational and clinical management of the clinic, maintaining high care and quality outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and preparing the clinic for audits.
  • Instigating continuous improvement activities at clinic and management levels.
  • Effective financial management, including budget planning and cost control.
  • Supervising, training, and supporting staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Level 1 Nurse Registration with the NMC.
  • Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
