We are looking for a skilled Medical Sales Representative to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for selling medical products to healthcare professionals and developing strategic plans to increase sales.

You will work closely with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with product information and market trends. Your ability to build strong relationships with clinicians, doctors, and other key decision-makers will be crucial to your success in this role.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of £43,500, plus an uncapped OTE of up to £23,000. Additionally, you will receive a car allowance, phone, laptop, pension, healthcare, and 25 days annual leave.

To be considered for this position, you must have a commercial medical devices background and at least 3 years' experience within the NHS environment. You must also be eligible to work and live in the UK.
