Academics Ltd is a leading provider of education services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Graduate Behaviour Worker.

This full-time position, commencing immediately, will see the successful candidate working with students aged 11-18 who require additional support due to mental health needs and behaviour changes.

As a Graduate Behaviour Worker, you will provide one-to-one and group support within the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher. Your role will involve managing student behaviour, developing social and emotional skills, and fostering a positive learning environment.

You will play a vital role in the students' education, serving as a positive role model that they can trust and emulate. This experience will not only enhance your skills but also prepare you for a future career in youth work or psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with mental health needs and challenging behaviour
  • Provide one-to-one and group support within the classroom
  • Work closely with teachers to develop effective strategies for supporting students
