Behavioural Education Assistant

**Behaviour Support Role**
We are seeking a skilled Graduate Behaviour Worker to join our team in Calne. As a Graduate Behaviour Worker, you will be working closely with students aged 11 to 18 who require additional support with mental health needs and behaviour changes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Criminology and be passionate about youth work and positive reinforcement. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain experience working with challenging behaviour and mental health.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 and group support to students, helping to develop and implement strategies to support students with mental health needs and challenging behaviour, and working closely with teachers and other support staff to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students
- Help to develop and implement strategies to support students with mental health needs and challenging behaviour
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to achieve desired outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Criminology
- Interest in positive reinforcement and youth work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
