Teaching Assistant Opportunity
Axcis Education seeks a dedicated teaching assistant to work with students who have been diagnosed with autism and other complex needs. This is a rewarding role that requires patience, creativity, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will support students in achieving their academic and personal goals, developing strategies to promote engagement and participation. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to design and implement tailored learning plans, ensuring that each student receives the necessary support to thrive. Your duties will also involve maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with colleagues and parents, and contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment.

Requirements and Compensation
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 9 months' experience working with children with autism or complex needs. You must also hold an enhanced DBS on the update service and be able to work effectively as part of a team. The estimated annual salary for this position is £22,000 - £32,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
