About the Role: As a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet; Teach new life skills, such as cooking and cleaning, to promote independence; Encourage participation in local community activities, such as outings and events; Support individuals with complex needs, including those with autism and learning disabilities;

Salary and Benefits: £11.45 per hour, plus enhancements for evening and weekend work; Premium overtime rates; Wagestream; Funded Blue Light Card; 24/7 doctor line; Access to cash plans; Enhanced retirement leave; Long service awards;
