Home Support Worker

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Home Support Worker to join our team in Calne. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Salary: £11,450 per annum, with opportunities for overtime and enhanced pay rates (£11.45 per hour).
Working Hours: Typical shifts are from 8am to 10pm, including at least one sleep-in shift per week. Shifts can be split into morning and afternoon/evening sessions.
Benefits: Voyage Care values and rewards our staff's dedication with:
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (terms and conditions apply)
- Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (terms and conditions apply)
Key Responsibilities: As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and domestic support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You should also have a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
