Lead Teacher for Autism Support

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to fill the role of Autism Lead Teacher at The Springfields Academy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored teaching and learning programs that cater to the unique needs and abilities of students with autism.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with autism in the classroom and beyond.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instruction and support.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on best practices for teaching and supporting students with autism.
