The Springfields Academy is seeking an exceptional Autism Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the PSHE Curriculum within the academy (4-19). This role requires creativity, flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to meeting the needs of autistic pupils through innovative provision and pedagogy.

Our ideal candidate will be a child-centred practitioner who responds to individual needs, with a commitment to developing knowledge and understanding of autism and social communication needs. You will have a creative and flexible approach to teaching that builds success through challenge, personalisation, and innovation. Additionally, you will have the confidence and skills to build positive relationships and help break down barriers.
