We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd.

Salary: £11.45 per hour

Working Hours: 8.00am - 10.00pm, with at least one sleep-in shift per week

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

About the Role:

We reward your dedication with enhanced evening and weekend pay (50p per hour extra) and premium overtime rates (£1 per hour extra)

Job Description:

We require someone who can work flexibly, including split shifts from 8.00am - 3.00pm or 3.00pm - 10.00pm. Our client-centric approach means that every client is treated as an individual, and we encourage all staff members to be proactive in understanding their needs and preferences.
