Behavioural Support Opportunities at Academics Ltd

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Graduate Behaviour Worker. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with students aged 11 to 18 who require additional support due to mental health needs and behaviour changes.

Your key responsibilities will include providing 1:1 and group support in the classroom, under the guidance of the class teacher. You will help to manage the students' behaviour, develop their social and emotional skills, and foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in youth work and psychology, while also developing your skills in behavioural support and intervention. You will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as the chance to network with experienced professionals in the field.
