This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as an Employee Compensation Manager at Cammell Laird. Reporting to our Finance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely compensation packages for all employees.
As part of our payroll team, you will process pay information for approximately 600-1000 employees across two locations, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
