Activities Programmes Manager

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Activities Programmes Manager to lead our care home team in delivering exceptional care and support services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging activity programmes that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and planning skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to create tailored activity programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and implementation of engaging activity programmes
  2. Collaborate with residents, families and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and preferences
  3. Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all residents
  4. Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
