Senior Activities Facilitator

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Activities Facilitator to join our care home team. As a senior member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent facilitation and people skills, with the ability to devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability. You will work closely with our residents and their families to create tailored activity programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate the development and implementation of engaging activity programmes
  2. Collaborate with residents, families and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and preferences
  3. Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all residents
  4. Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
