Sales Growth Strategist

Propel is seeking an experienced sales professional to expand its channel partner network in the UK and EMEA.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner Acquisition: Find, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to promote and sell our products and services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships within the ecosystem, collaborating with partners to enhance our product strengths and drive market growth.
- Account Management: Regularly assess partner progress to ensure alignment with company objectives, tracking performance against established goals.
- Training and Support: Provide continuous training and support to our partners.
Compensation Package: An estimated annual salary of £65,000 - £85,000, based on experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Industrial Tech Background: Proven expertise in the Industrial Tech sector (Construction, Real Estate, Utilities, Facility Management).
- Commercial Success History: A track record of achieving commercial success within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Indirect Sales Knowledge: Understanding of indirect sales principles and practices.
- Scaling Environments: Ability to work effectively in fast-growing environments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
