About the Role

At Horizon Care and Education, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in Salisbury. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT YOUNG PEOPLE IN THEIR DAILY LIVES, INCLUDING HELPING WITH Hobbies, SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, AND FRIENDSHIPS, AS WELL AS LEARNING NEW SKILLS.
  • PROVIDE SUPPORT WITH MORNING ROUTINES SUCH AS GETTING READY FOR SCHOOL AND ENSURING A GOOD BREAKFAST.
  • PREPARE EVENING MEALS AND CREATE A SAFE SPACE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO RELAX AND UNWIND.
  • SUPPORT YOUNG PEOPLE TO REACH THEIR POTENTIAL AND EXPERIENCE NEW OPPORTUNITIES.

About You
