We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Graduate Mental Health Assistant to join our team in Salisbury. The successful candidate will work with children who require emotional and behavioral support, and contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Has a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or Health & Social Care
- Is able to work independently and as part of a team
- Is empathetic and confident when working with vulnerable children
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and behavioral management for children
- Run engaging lessons to promote learning and well-being
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop strategies for supporting children
