About the Job
You will be responsible for assessing needs, developing care plans, and working closely with other agencies to ensure the well-being of our most vulnerable citizens. Our social workers are pivotal in supporting Wiltshire's vulnerable children, from pre-birth to age 18, and we prioritize flexibility to facilitate collaboration with safeguarding teams and services.
Salary and Benefits
The annual salary for this role is estimated at £38,000 - £42,000, based on location and experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional growth, and a comprehensive induction program.
