We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Worker to join our innovative local authority in the north of Wiltshire. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Children in Care Team, dedicated to improving the lives of looked-after children and meeting their unique needs.

The Children in Care Team is proactively preparing to meet growing demands while maintaining manageable caseloads. To achieve this, we are investing significantly in new positions at the management, Social Worker, and Personal Advisor levels.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £42,488 - £44,524 (inclusive of a 10% market supplement) and 37 hours per week. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Job Description
  • We are looking for a qualified and experienced Social Worker registered with Social Work England to work with children and young people with disabilities.
  • You will have prior experience in children in care, safeguarding, or working with vulnerable groups.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of related agendas, practices, policies, and legislation. You will be able to leverage your professional and personal development experience to further your career aspirations.
