About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Mental Health Support Worker for Children to join our team at Academics Ltd.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children who face social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

In this role, you will provide support and guidance to students, helping them to overcome their difficulties and reach their full potential.

The role is based at a Specialist SEN School just outside Salisbury, providing a supportive environment for our students to succeed.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student well-being and resilience
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support
