In this role, you will provide direct support to students with SEMH needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Responsibilities include delivering targeted interventions, developing individualized plans, and collaborating with the school's team to ensure cohesive delivery of services.

Requirements:

Salary: £28,220-£43,355 per annum, dependent on experience
