The ideal applicant will have/be:

  • Experience working within the mental health field, with a focus on group work and safeguarding legislation.
  • Robust professional boundaries and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of alternative strategies for de-escalation when individuals reach crisis point.

The expected salary range for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, taking into account the level of experience required and the benefits offered by the employer.
