In order to provide a safe and supportive environment, eSift Ltd is seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering person-centred interventions relating to mental health, as well as working closely with colleagues to achieve goals.
The ideal applicant will have/be:
- Experience working within the mental health field, with a focus on group work and safeguarding legislation.
- Robust professional boundaries and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of alternative strategies for de-escalation when individuals reach crisis point.
The expected salary range for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, taking into account the level of experience required and the benefits offered by the employer.
