About the Role:

The client is looking for an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join their team as a Bank Worker. This role involves providing support and psycho-social education to individuals, reducing mental health crises and providing alternative strategies for de-escalation.

Experience working within the mental health field is essential, with knowledge of safeguarding legislation and delivering person-centred interventions. Confidence to work on own initiative as well as part of a team is also required.
