We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Nuffield Health's Woking Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute their skills and expertise to provide high-quality care to patients.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team, supporting our efforts to deliver exceptional standards of treatment and care in state-of-the-art facilities. As a Scrub Nurse or Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with NMC/HPC standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experiences
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess relevant qualifications, experience, and registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HPC). You should also have excellent communication skills, a meticulous approach to detail, and a passion for delivering high standards of care.
