The company is currently seeking experienced Mental Health Support Workers as Bank Workers to cover leave and sickness at their new Safe Harbour site in Woking. This role offers the opportunity to work in a mental health support facility that provides a 6-week referral-only non-clinical service from 9am - 6pm, 365 days a year, for individuals aged 18 and over.

The Safe Harbour aims to reduce the frequency and severity of mental health crises by offering a tailored programme of support and psycho-social education. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the mental health field and delivering person-centred interventions. Additionally, they should possess knowledge of safeguarding legislation and be confident in working independently as well as part of a team.

  • A competitive salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
