About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for adult patients.
  • Administer medication according to professional guidelines and protocols.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to ensure patient safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver coordinated care.

Requirements

  • Essential: Strong communication and organizational skills, empathy, and proactive approach.
  • Desirable: Prior experience working with patients with mental health issues.
