Role Overview

A highly skilled and compassionate Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist is sought to join our client's multidisciplinary team. This rewarding role offers the chance to work with individuals diagnosed with complex mental health needs, providing psychological assessments and therapy to drive positive outcomes and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert psychological assessments and therapy for individuals and groups with complex mental health challenges.
  • Offer training and supervision to colleagues, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Conduct clinical research and present findings through conferences and publications.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop effective treatment plans and interventions.

Requirements

  • Highest level of education and qualifications as a Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist, registered with the HCPC.
  • Significant experience working in forensic or clinical mental health settings.
  • Strong background in complex therapeutic approaches, including Schema-focused therapy, Cognitive Analytical Therapy, and DBT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with mental health conditions.
