**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Manager to join our team at S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the financial and commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Responsible for managing all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Skilled in contract management, negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects.
- Expertise in developing cost plans and budgets, monitoring project expenditures, and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Oversight of the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
- Preparation of detailed commercial reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for financial performance improvement.
- Leadership and mentorship of a team of quantity surveyors and commercial staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Maintenance of strong relationships with clients, addressing any commercial issues and ensuring their satisfaction with project delivery.
Key Requirements**
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in a commercial management role within the construction industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction contracts, financial management, and commercial best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficiency in relevant construction and financial management software.
