Financial Planning Administrator

This is a varied financial planning administration role which will develop quickly for an ambitious applicant with ability and a great attitude. It is a fantastic opportunity to work with motivated colleagues and where you will have a real impact to the success of the business.
You will be an integral member of our client services support team. Your responsibility is to provide a first class administrative support for our clients and to your colleagues. You will ensure that our Chartered Financial Planners are well organised, informed, and prepared to perform their client servicing duties effectively, efficiently and on time.
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in financial matters who will also have first class client communication skills. The ability to work with IT accurately within Microsoft Office and similar Client Management Systems is essential.
If you are more experienced and technically orientated, a full paraplanning position is also available. We are also open to a graduate looking for a career opportunity within a Chartered Financial Planning practice since we have a proud and successful tradition in developing talented individuals. You will train professionally as a Chartered Financial Planner.
