This is a varied Personal Assistant/Financial Planning Administration role which will develop quickly for an ambitious applicant with ability and a great attitude. It is a fantastic opportunity to work with motivated colleagues and where you will have a real impact to the success of the business.
You will be an integral member of our client services support team. Your responsibility is to provide a first-class administrative support for our clients and to your colleagues. You will ensure that our Chartered Financial Planners are well organised, informed, and prepared to perform their client servicing duties effectively, efficiently and on time.
We are an established and growing practice, and your input will be integral to our ongoing success. Your responsibilities will be varied, for example;
Ø Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
Ø Preparing reports and presentations for client reviews
Ø Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
Ø Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and
Ø Maintain a clean and organised office environment
Ø Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and suppliers
**Qualifications**
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Experience in clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
