Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the Director with professionalism and discretion.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Manage office supplies and maintain office organisation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Director when necessary.
- Assist with financial tasks using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, QuickBooks, and other relevant software.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
