**Job Title:** Bank Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities.

**Salary:** £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

As a Bank Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
