Ribbons and Reeves are proud to offer a Mental Health Support Assistant position at a highly regarded school in Lambeth. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Psychology who are eager to gain practical experience and take their first steps towards a career in Educational or Clinical Psychology.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist students with special educational needs, providing emotional, mental, and physical support as needed
- Collaborate with teaching staff, SEN professionals, and educational psychologists to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Psychology or related field from a reputable institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with students
Salary and Benefits
This role offers a salary of £480-£520 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30-3:30, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
