**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, providing bank hours support to individuals with complex needs.
**Responsibilities:**
- Providing daily care and support, building relationships, and encouraging independence
- Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks
- Helping individuals achieve their personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations
