The Platform Recruitment company is seeking a dynamic and skilled Sales Manager to join their team in Hastings, UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with scientific cameras and inspection systems.
About the Job:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new and existing clients and sales partners independently.
- This position involves technical sales of scientific products, customer acquisition, consultation, support, and retention.
- The Sales Manager will collaborate with the engineering team to develop customised solutions.
Requirements:
- A completed degree in a technical or scientific discipline, preferably in Physics, Physical Engineering, Photonics, Measurement Technology, etc.
- Strong technical understanding of imaging/spectroscopy and experience in selling technically demanding products.
- High level of enthusiasm and motivation for independent, responsible work.
What We Offer:
- An attractive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per year, plus a bonus of £15,000-£30,000.
- A hybrid model of home office and office work, flexible and fair working hours, and a mobility allowance for the company ticket.
